Traders and Company

We are committed to customer satisfaction.  You can return any item for any reason withing 30 days of receipt provided that it is in it's original condition.  Returns after 30 days will not be allowed.  Unless an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, you must pay for shipping costs for returns.

To return an item:

-Provide your original order number, the item to be returned and request a return authorization number at tradersandcompany@gmail.com.  We will send an e-mail to confirm.  The item should be packed in it's original box with original packing material.  The return to be sent to:

Damages and receipt of wrong items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order and should be reported to above e-mail address.  We will mail you a return to vendor label with instructions on who to contact for the package pick up.  Please advise if you would like replacement or a refund.  If you chose to have a replacement sent, we will send to you within three business days.  If we can not replace the item we will provide a full refund.  Any reported problems after 10 days must be returned at your expense.
